Cancellation Policy
We charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment. All deposits are non-refundable, but transferable if rescheduled and not cancelled.
Rescheduling policy: Clients are welcome to reschedule up to three (3) times without penalty.
After the third reschedule, a new deposit will be required to secure your next booking.
